የኢትዮጵያ የ20ኛውና የ21ኛው ክ/ዘመን ትውልድ ሲታገልለት የነበረው አንዱና ቀዳሚው ጉዳይ የኢትዮጵያ ሁለንተናዊ ልማት ጉዳይ ነው። ጠ/ሚ/ር ዐቢይ በእዚህ ሳምንት ለኢቢሲ የሰጡት ባለ አራት ክፍል ቃለ መጠይቅ ማድመጥ እና የኢትዮጵያን ርዕይ መጋራት የሁሉም ባለ በጎ ሕሊና ዜጋ ግዴታ ነው። ድንቅ ማብራርያ፣ርዕይ እና የሥራ ውጤት ሁሉ በቃለ መጠይቁ በሚገባ ተብራርቷል።
